It was an evening filled with glitz, glamour, and celebration as PWAN Champion, a branch of Nigeria’s premier real estate company, PWAN Group, marked its third anniversary in style. The event, known as the “Champions Nite 3.0 Celebration & Awards Nite,” took place at the Monarch Event Centre in Lekki, Lagos, bringing together over 1,500 guests to celebrate the company’s remarkable accomplishments.

Among the distinguished attendees were the founders of PWAN Group, Dr. Augustine and Dr. Jayne Onwumere, along with key figures such as Dr. Benedict Abudu Ibhadon, Managing Director of PWAN Champion, Dr. Michael Akhuetie, Managing Director of PWAN PRO and Chairman of PWAN Champion, and Dr. Ezekiel Oshobi, Managing Director of Regal. The evening was further enlivened by entertainment icons like Bob-Manuel Udokwu, comedians Gbogbo J, Oga John Bosco, DJ Gbese, and Action Comedian, who kept the audience thoroughly entertained.

In his speech, Dr. Augustine Onwumere, Founder of PWAN Group, expressed his astonishment at PWAN Champion’s rapid growth, labeling it “unprecedented, unbelievable, and shocking.” Reflecting on the company’s journey, he shared, “I sometimes pinch myself, wondering what’s happening. This kind of growth hardly ever occurs anywhere in the world. Clearly, God is making us flourish.” He confidently predicted even greater developments, foreseeing PWAN’s future global footprint with 3,000 affiliates worldwide. “In the near future, PWAN will be a household name globally,” he asserted, envisioning that every family would have a member benefiting from real estate marketing through PWAN.

Dr. Benedict Abudu Ibhadon, Managing Director of PWAN Champion, also expressed gratitude to the founders for establishing a framework that enables individuals to succeed. He described the anniversary as “the beginning of great things to come,” adding that PWAN Champion has entered a fruitful phase characterized by impressive sales, new hires, and additional branches. “We’ve made billions in sales, developed 15 estates, and just brought on 11 new team members. We are determined to become the best in the group this year,” stated Dr. Abudu with confidence.

Meanwhile, Dr. Michael Akhuetie praised Dr. Abudu’s leadership, recognizing him for exceptional sales achievements and for empowering many through his efforts in real estate. Reflecting on their long-standing collaboration, he noted Dr. Abudu’s rapid ascent through the ranks of PWAN, where he has gained accolades and rewards, including luxury cars, thanks to the PWAN system. “The journey has been wonderful. PWAN Champion has set the pace, and we’re just getting started,” he said, showing optimism for the future growth and global influence of PWAN Champion.

Looking ahead, Dr. Akhuetie hinted at ambitious goals for the coming years. “In the next 5-10 years, we will be known all over the world. We’ve accomplished so much in three years, so just imagine what we’ll achieve in five. Next year, Champion’s Nite 4.0 will be in Dubai, and CNN will interview us!” he announced excitedly.

The celebration also highlighted the transformative impact of PWAN on its Business Owners (PBOs), who shared their success stories. Matthew Audu, the top salesperson in 2021, credited Dr. Abudu’s mentorship for his rise, while Barr. E. Valentina expressed gratitude for the opportunities she found through PWAN. “I’ve acquired properties across Nigeria without spending my own money. My story is Dr. Benedict,” she shared.

A significant moment of the night came when ten fortunate individuals drove away in brand new cars, including Mr. Peter from BDE Abuja, who made quite the impression. Many others received cash prizes, company shares, and other incentives. Dr. Jayne Onwumere devoted her vehicle gift to all women, stressing the importance of empowerment in achieving success.

In closing, Dr. Abudu urged attendees to embrace challenges and strive for more sales. “If you’re not making sales, you’re not doing it right. Don’t give up. Our goal is to invest in people, and today we’ve added ten more car winners to the 50 we’ve already given away,” he emphasized, reinforcing the company’s dedication to rewarding excellence.

PWAN Champion’s third anniversary was not just a celebration of milestones; it was also a testament to the company’s vision of growth, empowerment, and global expansion. As it looks to the future, it’s evident that PWAN Champion is on track to continue breaking boundaries and achieving even greater success.
