The third annual “Love in Autumn Concert” recently took place at Flushing Town Hall, aiming to promote Chinese culture and enrich the community’s cultural life through a diverse range of high-quality performances. The event was a complete sell-out, with all 350 seats filled, and the audience responded enthusiastically to the show.
As a well-established cultural program, “Love in Autumn Concert” has already celebrated two successful years and earned widespread acclaim among New York audiences. This year’s theme, “Gratitude and Love,” showcased a fresh lineup and format, promising an exciting and rich experience.
The program featured an array of performances including dance, vocal, and instrumental music, with professional singers from the U.S., China, and Korea. Community favorites also took the stage, including groups such as the Daqing Hulusi Ensemble, Huaxia Song and Dance Troupe, Youziyin Choir, New York Golden Melody Arts Group, as well as vocalists like Yin Xipeng, Zhang Xiesheng, Liang Zhongli, Mei Xueyan, and Wu Yu.
Artistic Director Wu Yu emphasized that the concert would offer a beautiful and unforgettable musical feast, blending melodious tunes and captivating dances. She believes that the third “Love in Autumn Concert” will be the highlight of this fall, filling the audience with warmth through music and dance.
This event was planned by Yin Xipeng, with Shumei Guan serving as the Executive Director and Ling Chen as the Managing Director. Co-hosted by the New York Poetry, Painting, and Music Association, Global Chinese Cultural Company, First Health Insurance, and the Shaoxing Association, it also received support from organizations including 321 Pharmacy, led by General Manager Chen Suhua, and the Duanzhong Foundation.
