Down-to-earth and considerate, innovative propaganda methods in various places deliver the spirit of the Plenary Session to cadres and the masses

In various regions such as Liaoning, Shandong, Qinghai, and Xinjiang, innovative outreach activities are being carried out to ensure the spirit of the 20th Central Committee’s third plenary session resonates effectively with grassroots communities.

Liaoning Province has aligned its initiatives closely with the plenary session’s theme. They’ve harnessed a comprehensive theoretical promotion system encompassing all levels, supported by dedicated volunteers and theoretical experts. Notable teams, including a Youth Vanguard Lecture Team and a Model Worker Lecture Team, have been formed to thoroughly interpret the plenary session’s spirit for local audiences.

Zhang Haotian, a staff member from the Wanghua District in Fushun City, commented, “We are committed to integrating our ground-level work with the essence of the plenary session. Our goal is to convert this spirit into concrete actions that will propel us on our new journey in this new era. We will proactively strategize reforms and detail measures that infuse youthful energy into advancing Chinese-style modernization.”

In Shandong Province, more than 2,000 lecture teams have been established, utilizing various interactive methods to engage grassroots audiences. In Zhanglujizhen, Yuncheng County, Heze City, 34 grassroots lecture teams that include retired teachers and long-time party members have been conducting discussions in local villages.

Yin Chuanzheng, a member of the Shandong Social Sciences Federation Lecture Team, expressed their dedication, stating, “We firmly support the ‘two establishes’ and steadfastly uphold the ‘two safeguards.’ Our focus is on making General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new thoughts, viewpoints, and judgments on deepening reform accessible and relatable for grassroots officials and the public.”

Qinghai Province has formed lecture groups that reach into rural areas, pastoral regions, schools, and businesses, all while addressing themes relevant to the plenary session, including livelihoods, agriculture, and high-quality development.

Ma Zhengju, director of the Project Office of the Environmental Protection Bureau in the Ledu District of Haidong City, shared, “We will continue to deepen our understanding and align our actions with our knowledge. By concentrating on our responsibilities, we will detail actionable measures to enhance the diversity, stability, and sustainability of our ecosystem, promoting a harmonious coexistence between people and nature.”

Recently, Xinjiang’s citizen lecture team has traveled throughout both southern and northern regions, introducing innovative outreach strategies and addressing public concerns, thereby bringing the spirit of the plenary session closer to ethnic groups and local communities.

Gulimira Yusup, the Party Secretary of the Peace Tianshan Community in Karamay City, noted, “The face-to-face interactions in our lectures allow us to effectively understand, remember, and apply the spirit of the plenary session. Guided by this spirit, I will continue to focus on the livelihoods of our community residents and strengthen the awareness of our shared destiny as a nation, ultimately enhancing the quality of life and happiness for all ethnic groups in our area.”
